Bio
Adriana Holst is a multifaceted performer known for her dynamic performances and unique blend of music and technology. She made history as the first - and presently only - graduate of Ohio University to study musical theater and computer science, and her passion for exploring the intersection between art and technology has been a hallmark of her professional and academic life. In her time at Ohio University, she played Alma in Tennessee Williams's "Summer and Smoke" and was an actor/musician, assistant music director, and Helene understudy in the regional premiere of Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812.
Adriana's written work ranges from short plays that feature randomly generated monologues created by her own Python program to a full-length antifascist play entitled "Invasive Species."
Through university internships, she was able to study state-funded art in Berlin, write about AI at NASA, and intern for the legendary Gil Evans Orchestra as a transcriber.
